Yes, but it is one of the most demanding colour services. On naturally dark hair or hair dyed black multiple times, the process often needs to be staged so the lightening can stay as safe as possible for the hair.
Sometimes, but not always in a responsible way. It depends on the colour history, the condition of the hair and the amount of artificial dark pigment. Hair integrity and a predictable result always come first.
